A Winter Favorite

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. I thought I'd share a picture of an old time southern favorite. Collard greens are the perfect winter comfort food. These were cut fresh from my neighbors garden this afternoon and they will be cooked for Sunday dinner tomorrow. We love fresh greens and they will be served with country ham and corn bread. Stay warm and enjoy the winter season.
